That is really pitiful to stoop to comparing the two situations.

~KristiKristihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10408986161900668410noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25640206.post-92113564009087148382006-12-23T14:08:00.000-06:002006-12-23T14:08:00.000-06:00Jeff,

Even nations reap what they sow!James McEntirehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18076786630641849452noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25640206.post-77254723536336744782006-12-23T11:24:00.000-06:002006-12-23T11:24:00.000-06:00Pastor McEntire,
To make the comparison of these ...Pastor McEntire,

To make the comparison of these two events is like comparing the lawful arrest of a black man, for say burglary, to the enslavery of the innocent black people of the nineteenth century. One is compeltely justified by the application of law and the other is absolutely beyond reasonable thinking.

Some people have no shame!

Another issue here in this article is one I see as often as the new editions of news papers are published. There are organizations, and individuals, who use race as a means to illegitimately further their own political adavantage or their own financial prosperity. The casual use of race being the basis of every action taken against blacks, hispanics or any other minority as a whole or indiviually, when the claim is completely unorthodox, brings a gross stigma to those who have suffered the real injustices of racisim throughout history. I am afraid, at times, those who claim to be the representing friends of "their own people" are in fact, many times, the greatest enemy of "their own people." I firmly believe people who exploit others in this way, are the greatest contributors towards the increasing dependancy of the people they claim to be helping.

I take full oposition to racism in any form, but I am equally opposed to the fabrication of the element of racism, when no other argument can be justified. Perhaps in those situations, there is simply no defense for the issue in question. Some people should just accept that fact.

Sometimes people, no matter their race, are just wrong and wrong should be confronted within the limitations and liberties of the law.

Jeff M.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25640206.post-7187563364191612312006-12-22T13:15:00.000-06:002006-12-22T13:15:00.000-06:00I totally agree with you!! no comparison whatsoeve...I totally agree with you!! no comparison whatsoever!!!TO BECOMEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01358989235076877037noreply@blogger.com
